This is my first post using the plug-in Polylang.
It permits a multi-language website/ blog, it means you will find, from now on, blog posts in English only or Italian only if your browser is set on IT.
Step by step I’ll put hands on every past post changing settings in order to please Google and SEO and to give my blog better chances to be seen worldwide.
I’m here with a new recipe, it’s a classic of mine but I didn’t take picture of it ’till today: I had to do it on a rush for a forest themed food contest from an Italian blog runned by a lovely girl called Betulla ( Birch in English).
Unluckly everything about the contest is in Italian so I just translate this recipe for you, a chestnut cream‘s crème brûlée which is a perfect close even for a festive lunch/ dinner.

Autumn means, among other things, apple pies.
Apple pies are fragrant, simple, comforting; they smell of home, nest, of slow breakfasts and of afternoon made of chats.
They are so easy you can make them even if you have children around and, if you chooese th right recipe, they can be light enough not to ruin your diet.
I’m introducing this brand new baking season with a very easy cake even if here the weather is still as hot as in July ( please autumn come here fast).
It’s all chocolate, it’s delicious and it’s great with some whipped cream on the side.
This is the most precious recipe on blog along with piadina flatbread.
Mascarpone ( the name of the dessert is the same of the cheese it’s made from, mascarpone cheese) is the most festive sweet treat, no matter if it’s Christmas or mid-August holiday, no one from Romagna, in his full digestive capacity, would choose a sherbet if he can choose a mascarpone.
