Mango sauce for nachos, grilled chicken and grilled fish.
Ingredients

red bell pepper, chopped in tiny pieces

red onion, chopped in tiny pieces

ripe mango, chopped in cubes

red chili pepper, minced

fresh chopped coriander

tabsp
lime juice

tabsp
olive oil
salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all the ingredient in a bowl. Store in fridge, covered, for at least two hours, a whole night works better: all the ingredients must mix their flavours. Serve with nachos, grilled chicken or fish.
