Another day another recipe!!
So easy when you have nothing more to do than cooking and posting!
I am trying some recipes I had in my bucket list for years, I am just a little bit lazy and the pics are taken in a rush.
I have also make some nice first courses but how can you take pics of a hot dish of pasta?
Soooo… January is here ( the real one, days before 7th don’t count): long months without holidays in front of us, lot of good food behind us.
The dessert- related query on my blog had a peak in December, now the lettuce soup is the most clicked recipe.
I am with you in the long journery to the right weight and I am not planning to cook something that worth a post for a very long time BUT I have to keep these pages alive so I have to pick some recipes from my “non- yet- published” archived and, of course, in there there are a lot of desserts. š
Me and hubby are two real beer lovers.
We love artisan beers, made with love and we use to spend some nights out in places where we can drink a good pint with something good to eat.
Soon Iāll let you know about a place in Santarcangelo called Re- Pub where you can drink Irish classics plus six craft beers from everywhere (in rotation) and eat satisfying hamburgers and pub dishes where even the fries sauce is craft made but now I want to focus on Manifattura Birre Bologna, a place not far from home where you can eat some cold cuts and cheeseboards with their own beers in a lovely and colorful place.
Still posting recipes from archive, not yet back to my normal cooking & shooting routine but Iām trying hard: I donāt want to let it go, this blog is far way too important to me!
I am planning a weiss beer orange marmelade, Iām not sure how it is turning out as I donāt like marmelade a lot: Iām waiting for hubby to have an expert review, if it will be good youāll see that on my pages soon! š
