500gfresh pasta like orecchietteyou can use any kind of pasta you like, fresh or dry. I think short pasta is better.
150ggrated pecorino cheese
200gcherry tomatoes
1fresh red onion
basil leaves
thyme leaves
extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
Instructions
Put a pan with salted water on the stove for boiling your pasta.
Put all the ingredients except pasta in a blender, beldn until very smooth, try it and add more of any of the ingredients/ salt to reach your perfect taste.You should end with a cremy, orange sauce.
Drain your pasta and toss in the sauce, mix well and serve with more pecorino cheese.
