This is a random recipe my son showed me on Tik Tok.
Why did I do it and why it deserves a post on my blog?
Because my son is ARFID ( always talked about how he had issues with certain foods, mainly for the consistency but only recently I’ve discovered this thing has a name) and he struggle with eating veggiesm especially raw ones.
He wants, really wants to add more greens in his diet because he still pursuing rugby very seriously and he want to follow a diet suits for rugby players but wih ARFID it’s pretty difficult.
Well, he ate a whole dish of this pasta, he loved it, he inserted it in his same enough foods, so it deserves a post, a throne, angels singing how to make it!
Beside it it had been a pleasant discovery for us too, it’s a good dish of pasta and very easy to make.
